Teacher Education Program
After 24 years of educating Montessori teachers in an independent program, Christopher Academy is embarking on a new venture by collaborating with the Center for Montessori Teacher Education/New York (CMTE/NY). Beginning in the fall of 2010, Christopher Academy will become a satellite of Center for Montessori Training, New York. Founded in 1979, CMTE/NY has been a pioneer in training sensitive and skilled Montessori leaders and offers some of the finest courses in the country. We are proud to be working with this renowned organization and to be able to continue to offer Montessori teacher education in central New Jersey as a satellite of CMTE/NY.
